Al1，000m² purified workshop has been built.Yearly capacity is up to 300，000m².Weaving workshop and setting workshop are equated with brand new machine imported from Europe and Japan.Veken Screens continuously invests in R&D and acquires more than 44 patents,which represent its cutting-edge technology and ability in producing screen printing mesh.





ManyJapanese experts stay in the factory for long-term management and are responsible for the quality control and technical guidance of each link. The company's Chinese technicians are all sent to Japan to learn advanced production technology and receive professional technical training.

Veken Wire Mesh combines the advantages of both China and Japan, introduces the world's top wire mesh weaving technology, implements Japan's advanced production management model, builds a quality control system, and follows fine management standards. From the production to the final product, the products go through raw materials, warping, weaving, initial inspection, green test, cleaning, shaping, finished product inspection, index testing and other processes to strictly control the quality to ensure professional quality and stability.
