On March 30, Hu Jianming, Vice President of Sales at Ningbo Weike Wire Mesh Co., Ltd., along with the company’s marketing team, paid a visit to Ningbo Shengyi Bang. Shengyi Bang is a key platform for pilot and demonstration projects under the “Made in China 2025” initiative, designated by the municipal government. During this visit, the Weike Wire Mesh team gained insights into Shengyi Bang’s advanced, collaborative supply-chain system and engaged in in-depth discussions on potential future cooperation. 

Shengyi Bang is a fledgling gazelle‑type enterprise specializing in plastic hardware and surface treatment. In recent years, it has achieved remarkable growth and has completed multiple rounds of financing, with Weike deeply involved from the very beginning of its incubation. Leveraging its “cloud factory” concept, Shengyi Bang integrates production capacity across regions to build a collaborative manufacturing crowdsourcing platform. By using a data‑driven platform to match supply and demand swiftly, it pools underutilized technical expertise and equipment resources, enabling tighter cost control and expanded production scale. To date, Shengyi Bang has onboarded 12,000 upstream suppliers, offering highly flexible capacity and increasingly evident advantages in delivery timelines and costs. It currently also develops product components for end‑user companies such as ofo and Xiaomi. 

As a leading domestic manufacturer of industrial textiles, Weike Screen Mesh integrates its products into the 3C product supply chain, with extensive applications in areas such as smartphone cover panels, solar panels, and acoustic filtration—segments that share certain similarities with the business model of Shengyibang. Weike Screen Mesh has consistently sought to leverage advanced supply-chain‑matching frameworks and direct‑supply collaborative manufacturing platforms to strengthen its ties with end‑user 3C manufacturers, thereby further enhancing brand awareness and market share. Through this collaboration with Shengyibang, Weike Screen Mesh has gained a thorough understanding of the “cloud factory” concept. Under the Made in China 2025 strategy, harnessing the potential of next‑generation supply‑chain systems, capitalizing on its own strengths, and boosting both output value and profitability will serve as the new driving force for future growth.

Recently, the industry standard “FZ/T 64084-2021—Electronic Printing Screen Mesh,” spearheaded by Weike Screen Mesh and jointly drafted with the China Industrial Textiles Association and Zhejiang Textile & Fashion Vocational Technical College, has been officially approved and promulgated. After several years of effort, the work to draft and submit this industry standard has now been brought to a successful conclusion.
