To enhance team collaboration, strengthen team cohesion and a sense of belonging, and foster greater cross-departmental communication, thereby better motivating team members, the company, with strong support from its leadership, organized a team-building event on April 17, 2021, bringing together more than 30 young managerial staff.
This event aims to strengthen team cohesion and overall unity, enhance employee communication and collaboration, and rally everyone to work together toward achieving the company’s 2021 performance targets. Around 7:30 a.m., all participants gathered at the office and boarded the bus in an orderly fashion, heading for the destination—Taibai Lake in Dongwu, Ningbo. Throughout the journey, laughter and cheerful conversation filled the air, as everyone looked forward to the team‑building activities. After approximately one hour of travel, the group arrived safely.

Embark on a 20-kilometer hiking challenge~
Complete the “World Tour” through team collaboration: Teams must, within a set time limit, circle the globe once with the world ball according to the coach’s instructions. During the journey across the five continents, the world ball must remain in play and may not be dropped.

Around 4:20 p.m., every single team member completed the 20-kilometer challenge, and everyone cheered themselves on!
